In-office UltraSound
Med Spa Women’s Health is equipped with advanced imaging technology such as a high-tech Ultrasound machine.
A pregnancy ultrasound may be done in the first trimester to:
- Confirm a normal intrauterine pregnancy
- Determine the baby’s age
- Determine the baby’s heart rate
- Look for multiple pregnancies (twins, triplets, etc.)
A pregnancy ultrasound may also be done in the second and third trimesters to:
- Determine the baby’s age, growth, position, and sometimes gender
- Look for multiple pregnancies (twins, triplets, etc.)
- Look at the placenta and amniotic fluid
You can take home pictures of your baby! A video of your baby may also be available upon request!
